I am a mom of four girls living a full and busy life in the Berkshires MA with my husband John. I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis in 2013 which changed the course of my life and encouraged me to return to school for my Health Coaching degree. I love to cook and bake, and can not spell to save my life:) I created this website to share my Health Coaching services and to offer some fun and easy meal ideas. Cooking for and with my family is incredibly important to me. It gives me a chance to not only create easy, yummy meals but to make sure our family is eating a healthy balanced meal. I find the more our children partake the easier it is to encourage them to try new and healthy things. It also offers us an incredible bounding time. Chatting, chopping, measuring and making a mess is all part of the fun of creating a meal. I like to keep my life simple so most of my recipes are very basic, healthy and user friendly.
I love hearing peoples, questions, feed back and thoughts so please feel free to post comments on my site.
Hope you Enjoy!
