3 Ingredient Pancakes
These are the easiest Pancakes in the world. I normally triple the recipe because my kids love eating the leftovers the next day for snack.
My stomach can tolerate them well even on rough tummy days, they melt in your mouth.
For the kids I serve them with maple syrup, yogurt or apple sauce.
In a Blender:
2 ripe bananas
1 egg white
1 lemon zest
Blend well. Cook 1-2 minutes per side.
They refrigerate well once cooled. I warm them in the toaster
