Getting enough protein is often a struggle for people. The question of protein and options for plant base ones comes up frequently with my clients. I find chia seeds to be the answer! Easy, delicious, nutritious and packed full of protein this little seeds are the bomb and they are easy to integrate into your weekly menu. They not only have protein but also Omega-3 and antioxidants.
I personally love chia seed pudding- you can add any season flavors you prefer and it makes for a delicious quick breakfast option.
In a bowl combines:
2 cups coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup organic chia seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
