Overnight Oats
There are a million and one ways to make overnight oats. They are nutritionally dense, filling, easy and kid friendly- a.k.a a huge hit in our house.
Sometimes we use Raw Milk and Homemade Yogurt, sometimes we make them Dairy Free
Below are our two main go to versions.

In a Bowl:
3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
11/2 Cups Raw Milk
2 Unsweetened Yogurt
1/2 Cup Honey
2 Mashed Bananas
2 Tsp Vanilla

Stir well with Spatula until well combined- decide into mason jars and refrigerator overnight.
Boom delicious and portable Breakfast
Dairy Free Version:
3 Cups Gluten Free Oats
3 Cups Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Creamed Coconut
1/2 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
2 Mashed Bananas
2 Tsp Vanilla

Stir well with Spatula until well combined- decide into mason jars and refrigerator overnight.
