Stewed Berry Smoothie
I take two cups of berries, usually raspberries and simmer them in low heat with 1/2 cup water for 10-15 minutes then strain them over a bowl thru a nut bag- I then put the berries in a colander and press all the flesh I can thru the wholes- tossing the remaining skin and seed

In a Blender :
Stewed berries
One Banana
2 cups Almond or Coconut Milk Unsweetened

Blend on high until well combined
Serve cold

*stays fresh in covered in the fridge for two days
*** add a tad more Almond/Coconut Milk if it’s too thick for you- my kids like their smoothies on the thicker side
